The Enterprise Staff Indicator is a fully featured IN/OUT Staff availability providing information on staff whereabouts. It can be integrated with Microsoft Outlook so that scheduled appointments will automatically update the status in the Staff Indicator, appointment can also be created from the Staff Indicator making it very easy to invite attendees. The Staff Indicator also makes use of Outlook messaging and the phone journal for recording phone conversations against Outlook contacts.
